Nämä toimitusehdot ovat voimassa 01.01.2026 alkaen. Tiny Smiley Studio pidättää oikeuden toimitusehtojen päivittämiseen ja muokkaamiseen. Toimituksessa sovelletaan kuitenkin aina niitä ehtoja, jotka ovat olleet voimassa kaupantekohetkellä.

Kauppa myy tuotteita täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron.
Tilaaminen
Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupasta siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkomaksupalvelussa. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja käytetään ainoastaan tilauksen toimittamiseen tai mahdollisten epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.
Maksaminen ja maksutavat
Maksupalvelun toteuttajana toimii Squarespace Payments. Maksupalvelu mahdollistaa maksamisen yleisimmillä maksukorteilla sekä muilla palvelussa tarjotuilla maksutavoilla. Squarespace Payments välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä Tiny Smiley Studioon.

Tilaus- ja maksuvahvistus
Kun olemme vastaanottaneet tilauksesi, saat sähköpostitse tilausvahvistuksen, josta näkyvät tilaustietosi. Tarkista tilausvahvistus heti sen saatuasi. Mikäli huomaat virheitä tai sinulla on kysyttävää, ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme.
Säilytä tilausvahvistus. Kun otat yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun, pidä tilausvahvistus, asiakasnumero ja tilausnumero saatavilla asioinnin nopeuttamiseksi.

Toimitustavat ja -kulut
Toimituskulut sisältävät posti- ja pakkauskulut. Toimituskulut: 5,90 €.
Asiakas vastaa toimitustietojen oikeellisuudesta. Tiny Smiley Studio ei vastaa virheellisistä toimitustiedoista aiheutuvista lisäkustannuksista.
Toimitusaika
Lähetämme tilauksen mahdollisimman pian, normaalisti 1–3 arkipäivän sisällä. Yleisimmät toimitusajat Suomeen vaihtelevat tilauksen sisällön ja toimitustavan mukaan. Poikkeustilanteet, kuten varastosta loppuneet tuotteet tai viivästykset, ilmoitetaan asiakkaalle viipymättä.
Emme vastaa ylivoimaisesta esteestä johtuvista viivästyksistä tai näiden viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä vahingoista. Verkkokauppa ilmoittaa mahdollisista poikkeavista toimitusajoista sivuillaan.
Pakettia vastaanottaessa tarkista, että sisältö vastaa tilausvahvistusta. Mikäli huomaat puutteita tai kysyttävää, ota viipymättä yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun.
Peruuttamisoikeus
Teillä on oikeus peruuttaa kauppa 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta.
Peruuttamisilmoitus tulee tehdä ennen peruuttamisajan päättymistä käyttämällä verkkokaupan peruutuslomaketta. Voitte halutessanne olla yhteydessä myös sähköpostitse asiakaspalveluumme.
Jos tilausta ei ole vielä lähetetty, tilaus voidaan peruuttaa ilman palautustoimenpiteitä.
Jos tilaus on jo ehditty lähettää, asiakas vastaa palautuksesta aiheutuvista kuluista. Palautus tehdään Postin tai Matkahuollon kautta. Ennen palautusta tulee olla yhteydessä Tiny Smiley Studion asiakaspalveluun.
Palautettavien tuotteiden tulee olla käyttämättömiä ja alkuperäisessä kunnossa. Peruuttamisoikeus ei koske tuotteita, jotka on valmistettu tai muokattu asiakkaan toiveiden mukaisesti eikä digitaalisia tuotteita.
Peruuttamisen vaikutukset
Jos peruutatte kaupan 14 päivän sisällä, palautamme teille kaikki teiltä saadut suoritukset, mukaan lukien toimituskulut (paitsi siltä osin kuin olette valinneet edullisimmasta vakiotoimitustavasta poikkeavan vaihtoehdon). Palautus suoritetaan viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen vastaanottamisesta.
Palautus tehdään samalla maksutavalla, jota käytitte alkuperäisessä maksussa, ellei muuta ole sovittu. Palautuksesta ei aiheudu lisäkustannuksia.
Tavarat on lähetettävä takaisin viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksesta. Olette vastuussa tavaroiden arvon alentumisesta siltä osin kuin se johtuu muusta kuin tavaran ominaisuuksien ja toimivuuden toteamiseksi tarpeellisesta käsittelystä.
Lunastamaton paketti
Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamattomasta paketista, josta ei ole tehty peruuttamisilmoitusta, peritään palautuskustannukset 5,90 €.
Ongelmatilanteet ja reklamaatiot
Jos tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana, ota ensisijaisesti yhteys Tiny Smiley Studioon. Tiny Smiley Studio on yhteydessä kuljetusyritykseen tilanteen selvittämiseksi.
Useimmissa reklamaatiotapauksissa tuote tulee palauttaa Tiny Smiley Studiolle. Tiny Smiley Studio vastaa reklamaatiosta aiheutuvista kustannuksista.
Hyvä asiakaspalvelu on meille tärkeää ja palvelemme sinua parhaamme mukaan myös poikkeustilanteissa.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are valid from 01 January 2026 onwards. Tiny Smiley Studio reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time. However, the terms valid at the time of purchase will always apply to the order.

The online store sells products to private individuals of legal age. All prices include VAT.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Contact details requested during the order process are used solely for processing and delivering the order or resolving any related issues, unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments. The payment service allows payments with the most common debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods available through the service. Squarespace Payments transfers the payment to the merchant.
In case of complaints or payment-related issues, please contact Tiny Smiley Studio first.
By clicking the “Buy” button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Tiny Smiley Studio.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order details. Please review the confirmation carefully upon receipt. If you notice any errors or have questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service immediately.
Please keep your order confirmation for future reference. When contacting customer service, having your order confirmation, customer number, and order number available will help speed up the process.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. Shipping fee: €5.90.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tiny Smiley Studio is not responsible for additional costs caused by incorrect delivery details.
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery times within Finland vary depending on the contents of the order and the selected shipping method. In exceptional situations, such as out-of-stock items or delivery delays, customers will be informed without delay.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced on the online store website.
Upon receiving the package, please verify that the contents match the order confirmation. If you notice any issues or discrepancies, contact our customer service without delay.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The cancellation request must be submitted before the end of the cancellation period by using the cancellation form available in the online store. You may also contact our customer service by email if needed.
If the order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled without any return procedure.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via Posti or Matkahuolto. Before returning any products, customers must contact Tiny Smiley Studio customer service.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. The right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been custom-made or modified according to the customer’s specifications, nor to digital products.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within 14 days, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us). Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Products must be returned within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Unclaimed Packages
Failure to collect a package is not considered a return or cancellation. An unclaimed package for which no cancellation notice has been submitted will incur a return fee of €5.90.
Problems and Complaints
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact Tiny Smiley Studio first. Tiny Smiley Studio will contact the shipping provider to investigate the matter.
In most complaint cases, the product must be returned to Tiny Smiley Studio. Tiny Smiley Studio is responsible for costs related to valid complaints.
Good customer service is important to us, and we will always do our best to assist you, even in exceptional situations.
