Order Cancellation

Please use the form below to cancel your online store order.

If you cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you will receive a refund confirmation by email within 1–2 business days.

If you cancel an order that has already been delivered:

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we have received and processed the return, you will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Please note that cancellations and returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been used.

• The product has been customized or made to order.
